    Q. How long does shipping take?

    A. We will ship your order out as soon as possible once it has been received. We take pride in making everything ourselves, so please allow up to 5 working days for your items to be created, we are often much faster than this unless it's heading into Christmas. All parcels are sent by tracked courier and will take 2-4 days to arrive once you have received a shipping notification.  If your order is urgent please let us know and we'll do our best to get it prioritised.

    Q. Where do you ship to?

    A. We ship nationally all over New Zealand. We do not ship internationally at this stage.

    Q. How much does shipping cost?

    A. Shipping is $7 across New Zealand, but for orders $120 and over shipping is FREE. 

    Q. I have ordered something in natural wood, why is it not perfect?

    A. When ordering items we cannot guarantee a completely perfect-looking finish. There are sometimes minor grains, kinks, or imperfections in the wood or colouring, which is the beauty of wood.  

    Q. I have something I would like you to custom-make, can you?

    A. Contact us with your idea / information / photos and we will see what we can do.

    Q. I've changed my mind about my custom purchase, can I get a refund?

    A. Unfortunately if you have decided to change your mind, we cannot offer a refund.  Most of our items are customised and/or personalised, which means we cannot on-sell the products, so we cannot refund simply for a change of mind. 

    Q. I want to cancel my order, can I?

    If you cancel your order after production has begun, the amount of the refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the stage of production and any costs incurred.

    Q. I want a custom rubber stamp, the self-inking kind, but don't know what size I need, do you have a guide?

    A. We sure do, click here to find our size guide.  Not all sizes are on this guide so if you're after something specific please send us an email and we can let you know. 


    Shipping & Returns

    Shipping: We use the most efficient shipping methods available to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. As we believe that everyone should have access to the same products, regardless of where you live, we don't charge extra for rural delivery.

    We offer free shipping for orders over $100. This way, you can save money on shipping even if you're ordering a large number of items.

    Returns: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

    We offer returns for faulty items within 14 days of purchase. If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

    Personalised and Made-to-Order Items:

    We are unable to accept returns for personalised and made-to-order items. This is because these items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

    If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us for clarification.
